Aqua Elite offers full training and access to the necessary qualifications for all new hires, as well as an ongoing atmosphere of support, collaboration and teamwork. We are the leading cheer club in Southeast London and compete all over the country, giving our coaches the chance to network with other coaches and clubs and get fully involved in what UK cheerleading has to offer.
Our coaches are often required to train their teams during afternoons, evenings and/or weekends with regular opportunities to travel for competitions and showcases.
What Does Training Involve?
When you begin your youth cheer coach job with Aqua, we will train you to:
- Develop a Strong Foundation in Safe Coaching Practices: Learn how to teach skills with correct technique
- Apply Advanced Training Methods: Become well versed in advanced coaching strategies and performance techniques used by top-level teams, and learn how to implement them effectively in your sessions.
- Set Targets For Progress: Understand how to assess ability and design structured training programmes that support individual and team goals.
- Lead, Motivate & Inspire: Learn how to boost confidence, motivate young athletes, and build a positive team dynamic.
