Open to children aged 5–16, our camps welcome boys and girls of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced cheerleaders looking to keep up momentum over the break. High-energy, social and fun, our South London cheerleading holiday camps not only fulfill your childcare needs but give your children an experience to remember!

Each holiday camp gives children the opportunity to explore the exciting world of cheerleading through a variety of activities. Throughout the day, athletes will rotate through different disciplines, learning the fundamentals while developing strength, coordination and confidence.

Activities typically include:

• Tumbling and basic gymnastics
• Dance and performance skills
• Stunting, flying and basing (age- and ability-appropriate)
• Stretching and conditioning
• Team-building games and challenges

At the end of the session, the children will combine what they’ve learned into a short routine and perform a fun showcase for parents and carers.
