Aqua Cheer Academy – Tornados

Our Aqua Cheer Academy provides the perfect introduction to the exciting world of cheerleading. Designed for children of all abilities, our recreational programme offers a fun, supportive environment where athletes can learn new skills, build confidence and make new friends, without the commitment of joining a competitive team.

From Season 5, our recreational programme will proudly be known as Tornados, giving all of our recreational athletes an official Aqua Elite team identity.

Classes run every week throughout the year and cover a variety of cheerleading disciplines, including:

• Cheer
• Stunting
• Gymnastics
• Tumbling

If your child has shown an interest in cheerleading, Tornados is the perfect place to begin their journey before deciding whether they would like to progress into one of our competitive teams.

We currently offer our Tornados sessions at:

Chislehurst School for Girls, Beaverwood Road, Chislehurst

Saturday

• 9:00am – 9:45am | Ages 3–12 years
• 9:45am – 10:30am | Ages 3–12 years

Season Showcase

All Tornados athletes also take part in our annual Aqua Elite Season Showcase, where they perform in front of family and friends to celebrate everything they have learned throughout the season.

From Season 5 onwards, attendance at the Season Showcase is compulsory, as athletes will spend the season learning and practising their performance routine. The Season 5 Showcase will take place on Friday 22nd January 2027.

To book a free trial session, simply click below to access our Parent Portal and submit a trial request. Once approved, our office will send you a confirmation email with your trial date.

If your child enjoys their trial, they can start the following week!
